How to Deep Condition Dry Hair for Maximum Moisture

Deep conditioning is important for maintaining healthy, hydrated hair — especially if your hair tends to get dry like mine. I deep condition at least twice a month to restore moisture and prevent breakage.

In this video, I’m using Joli Naturals Deep Moisturizing Conditioner, formulated with what I call three levels of moisture: coconut oil, shea butter, and cocoa butter. These nourishing ingredients work together to deeply hydrate, soften, and revive dry, brittle hair.

For deeper penetration, I place a shower cap over my hair and sit under a hooded dryer for about 30 minutes. The heat helps the oils and butters absorb into the hair shaft more effectively.

After rinsing, my hair feels noticeably softer, smoother, and intensely moisturized.
